How much is parking at SeaWorld San Diego?

Parking fees vary, starting at $34 for General Parking, $60 for Up-Close Parking (when available), and $77 for VIP Parking. Fees are subject to change without notice.

Are strollers and/or wheelchairs available to rent at SeaWorld?

Yes, wheelchairs and strollers can be rented online or at the rental shop near Guest Services inside the park. Guests must be 18 or older to rent. Strollers must be parked outside most exhibits and attractions. SeaWorld is not responsible for unattended strollers or their contents. Wheelchair access is available at all shows and attractions.

Can you bring food into SeaWorld San Diego?

Outside food, beverages, and coolers are not allowed, except for a water bottle or refillable water bottle. Guests with special dietary needs, including food allergies or baby food/formula, may bring items but must check with Park Security or Guest Relations upon arrival for approval.

Are dogs allowed at SeaWorld San Diego?

Pets are not permitted, but service animals are welcome. Service animals are limited to dogs and miniature horses trained to perform tasks for individuals with disabilities and must remain on a leash or harness at all times.

Does the park offer kennel services?

Yes, kennels are available for a nominal fee on a first-come, first-serve basis. They are located near the Parking Lot Toll Booths and measure approximately 4 ft. by 8 ft. Guests must bring bowls and food but may use water onsite and visit pets throughout the day. Pets must be picked up within 30 minutes of park closing.

Are lockers available to rent at SeaWorld San Diego?

Yes, all-day lockers are located near Guest Services. Hourly lockers are available at Electric Eel, Journey to Atlantis, Manta, and Shipwreck Rapids. Fees vary, and both cash and credit cards are accepted.

Can I smoke at SeaWorld San Diego?

Designated smoking areas, including for electronic cigarettes, are available. Refer to the park map for locations.

Does the park close for inclement weather?

SeaWorld remains open during inclement weather, though some outdoor shows, rides, and attractions may be temporarily affected. While refunds are not offered, the Weather-or-Not Assurance program allows eligible guests to exchange their tickets for a re-admit ticket. Visit Guest Services before leaving or SeaWorld’s website within one week of your visit for assistance. Certain ticket types, including complimentary, group sales, 14-day Length of Stay, and promotional multi-day tickets, are not eligible.

To maintain a safe environment, SeaWorld prohibits weapons or items resembling weapons (including self-defense sprays, toy guns, and water blasters), recreational devices such as drones, skateboards, and scooters, as well as alcohol, marijuana, and other illegal substances. Glass containers, plastic straws, fireworks, laser pointers, flammable items, and large markers are also not allowed. Additionally, wheeled devices with less than three wheels or those lacking stability, flags or banners used for demonstrations, and clothing with offensive language or imagery are prohibited.

Do children get free admission?

Yes, children ages 2 and younger are free and do not require an admission ticket.

Are there bicycle racks available?

Yes, bicycle racks are located outside the Main Gate Plaza.
