Flyers must be a minimum of 3 years old. Children under 18 years of age need to have a parent or guardian sign their waiver.
Flyers must not exceed 300lbs. Individuals weighing between 260–300lbs are subject to additional evaluation by the local staff to determine if they can be accommodated and whether additional restrictions may apply.
Individuals who are pregnant or have a hard cast or hard prosthetic that cannot be removed are not permitted to fly. Individuals who have a head, neck, back or shoulder injury, heart condition or other health condition that may impede their ability to participate, should not fly.
Wear casual clothing that will fit well under a flight suit, preferably pants and a shirt without a collar. You should also wear well-fitting lace-up sneakers or athletic shoes. You won’t have to change out of these clothes—you'll put your flight suit on over your street clothes. Individuals with long hair should wear it braided and in a low bun.
Yes. iFLY has larger goggles that fit over eyeglasses.
No, iFLY Ontario does not provide or arrange hotel transportation. You are responsible for your own transportation to and from the facility.
Yes, you can park in the lot adjacent to the facility or at the nearby Ontario Mills shopping mall.
All first-time flyers are required to take the training class. You’ll get a lot of important and helpful information as well as some pre-flight practice of your flying position.
